February 2015 - Wishing to improve the performance of its maintenance department, Agnico Eagle, Meadowbank mine assigned HumEng International to develop and implement a blended learning solution (online training and structured OJT) for heavy-duty equipment technicians and millwrights. HumEng worked closely with managers, trainers and technicians throughout the development process. The training solution has been in use for approximately 3 months and enables management to assess and target individual training needs, optimize the acquisition and transfer of knowledge through eLearning tools and reduce the dependence on expensive external training and trainers.
