March 2015 – This specialty cellulose and cogeneration facility has selected HumEng to help it implement a hybrid training solution for its operators. The first step of the project consists of producing Skill Profiles for four operations jobs in the caustification and cogeneration departments. The Skill Profiles will then be used to identify and prioritize the training materials to be developed for on-the-job training. In addition, HumEng’s eLearning modules will be used for Health and Safety training. HumEng adult education experts will coach mill trainers and supervisors on how to implement these new training tools and keep the process alive.
