HumEng is pleased to announce its mandate to develop a new employee orientation project in the sawmill sector!
The objective is to support the company in its process of improving new employee orientation training for sawmill and forestry workers to help them adapt to the new normal.
The solution will feature a guided approach to autonomous learning.
This approach will allow the company to document and standardize best practices for internal and external new employee orientation and to develop learning paths that promote guided self-learning, powered by Microsoft 365 tools.
