Cascades recently commissioned HumEng to support and implement a skills development structure, this time for the pulp division of one of its mills.
Based on the technological changes in the pulp manufacturing process, this project aims to implement a competency management approach with the following objectives:
- Enhance and standardize the knowledge and skills of current operators.
- Document and transfer new knowledge and skills related to technological changes in the production process.
- Optimize the quality of training for new employees in the department.
