February 2016 – The Quebec Forum on optimizing HR processes, organized by the Manufacturers and Exporters of Quebec (MEQ) was held February 22. At this event, Bruno Lambert, HUMENG’s senior advisor skills development and implementation, presented the Norampac Cabano success story: A successful intergenerational knowledge transfer project using proven skill management and blended learning methods and tools. HUMENG shared its experience and expertise in skills development and offered free skill assessments to visitors.
