Following the successful implementation of an onboarding process, we helped Interfor transform their training systems towards a more efficient system based on skills management. Thus, we have We worked with them to develop a series of skills profiles, learning paths and standard procedures. Interfor will use Axelleris for skills management and automation of job training.

The Cascades Scappoose mill mandated us to support them with the transformation of their training processes towards a more efficient skills management process. The same project was implemented at their paper mills in St. Helens, Oregon, where we developed a complete solution for machine operations and stock preparation.
