Following an audit of their current training process and tools, Beaudoin mandated HumEng to support them in transforming their training systems into an efficient skills management system.

Following the success of Axelleris' implementation in manufacturing plants, RYAM joins the ranks of HumEng's customers who will now use Axelleris to train and manage the skills of production and maintenance employees.

Following the success of the Cascades Scappoose and St. Helens plants projects, the Cascades Tissue group asked us to continue implementing our skills management solution for the 11 production line Wagram plant located in North Carolina.

Following the successful implementation of an onboarding process, we helped Interfor transform their training systems towards a more efficient system based on skills management. Thus, we have We worked with them to develop a series of skills profiles, learning paths and standard procedures. Interfor will use Axelleris for skills management and automation of job training.

Following the successful implementation of a skills management solution for D&G Forest Products, they decided to go further and automate and digitize the system using Axelleris.

HumEng has developed a new application for its customers. Axelleris manages critical job skills, allowing you to develop high-performing and autonomous employees and maximize training investments.

Together with Mercer, we developed an onboarding and integration solution for the operations sector.

The Cascades Scappoose mill mandated us to support them with the transformation of their training processes towards a more efficient skills management process. The same project was implemented at their paper mills in St. Helens, Oregon, where we developed a complete solution for machine operations and stock preparation.

D&G Forest Products gave us the mandate to support them in two of their plants to set up a skills management system allowing them to develop the workforce required to stabilize and standardize their operations. The model we developed with them will be implemented in the company’s other production sites.
