Following their collaboration with HumEng in 2020 to implement a skills management process for their main plant located in Victoriaville, they mandated us to work with them to digitize their processes using Axelleris.

We worked with RYAM to implement an online training solution for the onboarding and integration of new employees. We were given the mandate accompany them in the transition of the company and help them move from a training system to a skills management system for the production sector.
